Diaper Fuel Conversion Device [Super Phase]

Recycle used diapers into new fuel resources!

This is a device that processes used disposable diapers, which have traditionally been classified as combustible waste, into a high-quality fuel resource. This device forms a resource recycling system that helps reduce the amount of waste generated in local areas and facilities, while also enabling the use of the processed material as a new heat source (local production for local consumption of energy). 【Features】 ● The processing steps (input, crushing, drying, sterilization) are automatically completed in the same tank. ● No water supply or drainage is required. ● The generated fuel ensures a stable calorific value (approximately 5,000 kcal). ● Uniform crushing and drying levels (moisture content below 5%). ● Reduces weight to less than one-third of the input amount. ● Awarded the "Minister of the Environment Award for Contributions to Promoting a Recycling-Oriented Society" in fiscal year 2018. *For details, please check the PDF download.

[Case Study] Cost Reduction through RPF Processing of Waste Plastics (Tape Materials)

Low processing costs and reduced environmental impact for recycling! A case that resulted in an annual savings of approximately 600,000 yen.

We would like to introduce a case study of cost reduction for manufacturers with production processes for industrial and electrical/electronic tapes. The company faced challenges in reducing the disposal costs of tape scraps and off-spec materials that are discharged as waste. Therefore, we proposed converting them into Refuse Paper Fuel (RPF). RPF is a solid fuel made primarily from plastics and waste paper, which has lower processing costs compared to incineration and reduces environmental impact through recycling. As a result, they were able to reduce waste disposal costs by 20%. 【Case Study】 ■ Target Customer: Manufacturers with production processes for industrial and electrical/electronic tapes ■ Challenge: To reduce the disposal costs of tape scraps and off-spec materials discharged as waste ■ Results - 20% reduction in waste disposal costs - For a customer with a monthly discharge of 10 tons: annual savings of approximately 600,000 yen *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[De-plasticization] Used plastic ⇒ Clean energy conversion system

◆Reusing composite materials and dirty plastics that we had given up on◆ "On-site" energy for our company [Limited video QR code available for PDF download]

The "e-PEP System" utilizes our company's used plastics as clean energy instead of treating them as "waste plastics." It enables decentralized clean energy use of plastics. Take action before the Plastic Resource Circulation Promotion Law is enforced next year! ◆Benefits of Implementation◆ 【Waste Plastic Reduction】 = 【Disposal Cost Reduction】 Approximately 100 tons of waste plastic emission reduction annually → "Reduction in disposal costs" 【In-House Energy Creation】 = 【Fuel Cost Reduction】 → "Energy Savings in Heat Source Equipment" Reduction of about 90,000 liters of existing fuel annually 【Minimization of Environmental Impact】 = 【CO2 Reduction】 Reduction of CO2 equivalent to what about 20,000 cedar trees absorb annually This can also be utilized for measures against the Plastic Resource Circulation Promotion Law. ◆Download Contents◆ Case study collection, system equipment product catalog, and video QR codes (e-PEP technology and case study videos) available exclusively on Ipros. *For more details, please download the PDF and feel free to contact us.

Diaper fuel conversion device 'SFD-600' *Can be processed without using water

Just by throwing in the entire plastic bag with the waste still attached, it becomes a safe and excellent fuel! A groundbreaking device that makes it possible to turn used diapers from "waste" into "fuel resources."

This is a device that processes used disposable diapers, which have traditionally been classified as combustible waste, into high-quality fuel resources. This device forms a resource recycling system that helps reduce the amount of waste generated in local areas and facilities while also enabling the use of the processed material as a new heat source (local production for local consumption of energy). A semi-dry continuous pellet manufacturing device can also be proposed in conjunction. 【Features】 ■ Safe for anyone to dispose of soiled items in poly bags at any time ■ Automatically crushes, sterilizes, and dries within the same tank after input ■ The generated fuel (fluff) weighs about one-third of the original, with moisture content below 10%, and has a calorific value of approximately 5,000 kcal. ■ Odor removal through catalytic deodorization eliminates unpleasant smells from waste ■ Actual operational conditions can be observed; there are models for processing 600 kg/day and 120 kg/day. *For more details, please contact us or download the PDF.
